Our goal at TrueHeart is to provide an affordable venue for an exciting, memorable event in a rustic setting. Our barn was built with the old, traditional, wood barn in mind.

Kitchen with oven, refrigerator, ice machine and prep tables.
Kitchen is primarily for warming and staging food.
Main event/reception area is 3900 square feet with a stationary bar and ample room for receptions as large as 200 guests and plenty of room for dancing, 300 seated guests for music or meeting style events, twenty two, 9 x 10 show booths (we also have room outside for another 100 booths)

Tables & chairs:
- Seats 200 guests
- Twenty five 60 inch round tables
- Each table seats 8 comfortably
- Beautiful wood sweetheart table
- 200 Rustic, wood chiavari chairs
- Rectangle tables for gifts, dj, food, etc.
(four 8ft and five 6ft tables)
- Tablecloths provided for guest and buffet tables
Many decorative items available for centerpieces and ceremony cite decorations as well as two different style arches. A list of items will be sent with requested quote.
Access to the barn:
Day before ceremony:
12pm - 9pm
For decorating, rehearsal & rehearsal dinner
Day of ceremony:
8am - 10pm
All music must conclude by 10pm
Property vacated by 10:30pm
Day after ceremony:
8am - 12pm
Courtesy access for pick up personal decorations and leftover food and alcohol
Monday thru Thursday events
music off by 9 and property vacated by 9:30
A 30% deposit is required to reserve your date
Deposit is non-refundable
Event insurance is required for use of the barn and property for the entirety of the event
To include the day prior for set up and rehearsal as well as the day of event
No event shall commence without receipt of insurance policy

Client provided alcohol is permitted at TrueHeart Ranch
An alcohol “rider” to the event insurance is required
A licensed or certified bartender is required if liquor will be served
Not a requirement if only beer and wine will be served
Ceremonies can be held in the barn, outside under the bridal oak, or anywhere you should choose on the property. In addition to our beautiful bridal oak, we have an oak hammock of trees that can be used for your ceremony or sunset pictures. If inclement weather prohibits a planned outdoor ceremony, the barn is the alternate choice.
